Step 1 - Bump into girl.
Step 2 - Say "Sorry for bumping into you, my name is *INSERT NAME HERE*, what's yours?"
Step 3 - Tell girl that you bumped into her because there was a mosquito near her.
Step 4 - Offer to massage her.

Step 2 - Lead girl to HDB block.
